This is one reason why we hire people from a wide variety of backgrounds and experiences. Your history and the situations you have faced and handled serve a vital role in how we fulfill our purpose to our customers.  Sure, we have standard operating procedures and policies that work extremely well, yet we’re never so rigid in our mindset to avoid embracing new ideas in order to forward our mission.  This is one of the aspects to our culture that – quite frankly – we enjoy the most.
