Sales/Business Development Professional - Aurora, CO

Frontier Business Products has an immediate opening for a Sales/ Business Development Professional in our Aurora office. This full-time business-to-business sales position is base plus commission. 

Responsibilities of the Sales / Business Development Professional

  • Develop relationships with prospects and current clients. Establish a clear understanding of their business and technical requirements.  Use this information to promote FBP offerings that would be beneficial to the client.
  • Conduct direct business to business sales.
  • Identify prospective clients and new opportunities. Obtain appointments to make presentation for the products and services offered by Frontier Business Products. Track potential and current clients. Monitor and follow up as needed.
  • Complete contract negotiations and documentation
  • Achieve/exceed sales objectives on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Provide product and services information; schedule demonstrations.
  • Work with co-workers to finalize the transaction.
  • Participates in sales meetings

 

Requirement for the Sales / Business Development Professional

  • 1-2 years’ Business to Business sales experience
  • College degree in business or marketing, a plus
  • Deadline and detail oriented.
  • Customer service focused
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Able to pass a background check

Connectivity IT Helpdesk Technician - Denver, CO

Frontier Business Products is looking for a full time Connectivity IT Helpdesk Technician to join our Denver IT team. This is an excellent opportunity for a career-minded individual to join a continuously growing company with opportunities for professional growth and advancement. This person will be responsible for providing technical assistance for our copier, printer and IT Services clients.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Service our customers experiencing equipment related issues or having network questions related to office technology equipment.
  • Provide first-level contact and problem resolution for customers with hardware, software and applications problems.
  • Perform remote and on site installations/ connectivity/ monitoring of network MFPs and printers.
  • Provide help desk technical support to clients over the phone and/ or in-person.
  • Act as liaison between customers needing service and field technician.
  • Use company database, reports, proprietary software and vendor websites to assist customers on the phone.
  • Provide accurate and timely logging of problems and resolution in company data base.
  • Work with manufacturer as required providing technical assistance to end users and field technicians.

Requirements:

  • Associates degree in Electronics preferred. Comparable education and experience in related fields will be considered or equivalent military experience.
  • Candidate should have experience in installation, troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of printing/coping equipment on LAN.
  • Experience in using Microsoft Servers, all Microsoft products and other Microsoft technologies such as Exchange, IIS, etc. Mac 10.2 and up.
  • A+ and/or Net + Certification or network connectivity experience a plus.
  • Strong customer service and phone skills. Must be positive and outgoing, self-motivated and committed to building and maintaining strong customer relations.
  • Excellent communications skills, including listening and questioning,
  • Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment.

Digital Copier/Printer Service Technician

Frontier Business Products is looking for an entry level, full time, Digital Copier/ Printer Service Technician to join our team to service the Denver Metro/Boulder area.

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for installation, troubleshooting, on-site repair and maintenance of our Ricoh, Savin, Sharp, HP and Lexmark Printers and multi-functional digital B&W and color products. Attend manufacturers and in-house training courses as required, effectively execute all required territory management and call handling procedures. Timely completion of paperwork, mileage, time records, car stock inventory, parts usage, problem/ repair service history reports. Provide sales support as required.  

Requirements:

Candidate should have a minimum of two years industry experience in troubleshooting, maintenance and equipment repair. Comparable education and experience in related fields will be considered. A degree in electronics or equivalent military experience or network connectivity experience a plus. This person must have proven customer service/communication skills, a strong work ethic and a high degree of initiative. Must be positive and outgoing, self-motivated and committed to building and maintaining strong customer relations. Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment. Applicants must be willing to submit to a criminal background check, have reliable transportation/ insurance and good driving record. Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and push/ pull heavy equipment. Must be able to crouch or kneel regularly while working on equipment.
