 Three Year Guarantee: |
| We guarantee satisfactory performance of your copier for three years from the date of installation or term of lease, whichever is longer . If the equipment does not perform satisfactorily Frontier Business Products will exchange it for the same or a comparably equipment model, provided continuous maintenance has been performed by Frontier Business Products and only authorized supplies have been used. If equipment has been leased for a term longer than three (3) years, than this guarantee will be in force for the entire lease term |

| Free Loaner: |
| If we are unable to repair the equipment in your office, we will provide a temporary “ loaner” replacement free of charge until the repair has been satisfactorily completed. |

| Service Response: |
| If your equipment requires emergency service, we guarantee an average of four business hours or less from your call to the time a technician arrives at your office. (Normal business hours are 8:00 a.m. – 5:.00 p.m., Monday through Friday) ) If we cannot meet a four hour quarterly average response time guarantee, a credit equal to 5 % of one month’s minimum maintenance payment will be made upon customer’s request. |

| After Hour Emergency Service: |
| We will provide after hour emergency service day and night, seven days a week. Special rates and phone numbers are established for outside normal business hours service. |

| Obsolescence Protection: |
| As technology changes and your business needs to grow, Frontier Business Products will upgrade your equipment with no penalty. We offer these flexible and upgradeable programs to allow your company and ours to grow together. |

| Supply Guarantee: |
| We guarantee the supplies we carry are of the highest quality and are approved by us and/or the original manufacturer of the equipment we service. Supplies are inventoried locally in our warehouses for next day delivery, customer will call or same day currier service is also available. |
